Bolton United Harriers Codes Of Conduct
The Constitution and Club Rules define how Bolton United Harriers & Athletics Club is structured and how it is managed. It lays down the rules for membership, the function of the Committee, how the Annual General Meeting should take place and a number of other important points. The Constitution can be and, from time to time, is amended at the Annual General Meeting.
Bolton United Harriers operates two Codes of Conduct which define the responsibilities of athletes, parents, coaches, team managers, technical officials and volunteers. It is important that everyone associated with the Club is aware of their responsibilities and abides by them. In cases where any individual fails to comply with the applicable code of conduct, the Club will invoke the Procedure for Dealing with Breaches of a Code of Conduct.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the Club, the Committee will, from time to time, formally agree and publish procedures which define the manner in which certain processes at the Club will be undertaken. This is done so as to ensure there is transparency in those processes. Thse policies and procedures can be accessed from this page by clicking the links below:-
