Andy came to the club to bring his sons to training and felt that he would enjoy the challenge of becoming a coach. He runs an all ability group every Tuesday and Thursday
from 7.15pm – 9pm. The group works on sprinting, strength and conditioning and general fitness. Some of Andy’s athletes compete in events but the aim of this group is to be inclusive and promote the benefits of athletic training.
