Sundays - nov 8th, dec 13th & jan 17th.

All athletes from 9yrs old to under 15 can compete.

Pick up a form from our desk at training. Forms need to be returned by thursday october 29th at the latest.

Practice is taking place each thursday evening at 7.30pm on the indoor track.

We will be up against lots of north west clubs including altrincham, trafford, horwich, bury, leigh etc..

The county championships take place on sunday january 31st 2010. Top performers will be picked to represent greater manchester and this could lead to the finals at birmingham later next year.
