If you didn't get enough of Leverhulme Park last Saturday and would like to add a new dimension to your cross-country or other terrain running, you are invited to return this Saturday (28th) for an introduction to map-reading and navigation.

Following last year's BUHAC Centenary event, South East Lancashire Orienteering Club (SELOC) are again pleased to invite you to come along for a basic coaching session with Cath Wilson (Club coach) at 10:30 and there are also several courses available to try until 12:30. The courses range from 'White', suitable for young novices or a family stroll, through to a 'Technical' adventure which offers a challenge of moderate difficulty and will take you into parts of the park you probably haven't seen before.

Cost is £1 each.

Reception is at the Community Centre athletics track.
