On Sunday 3 members of the throwing group William Lacey, Jamie Greenhalgh and Alfie Dodds competed in the Bury AC Spring Throwing Festival.
It was first year U17 for Will and his results were as follows:

Hammer 28.53 (PB)
Shot 9.6 (PB)
Jamie and Alfie tried to improve on Saturdays performances.
Jamie improved in Discus setting a new pb of 20.86m and another pb in shot of 8.20m .He also got just over 14m in hammer.
Alfie managed to improve his pb in shot with a throw of 7.84m and got a new pb in hammer with a throw of 16.94m
